Dear Younger Me

Daily writing prompt If you could go back in time and give your younger self advice, what would it be

*I am reposting my response to this prompt from earlier this year.

My teenage self was full of fear and anxiety. I felt like I didnt belong, I had no friends, I felt like a freak and that my life was not worth living. Looking back now, I can see how God protected me and used those trials to strengthen me and to build my faith. This song just happened to pop up on my Spotify rotation while I was driving to work this morning. I think the lyrics say it better than I ever could. So, here you go!

Dear Younger Me
Song by

MercyMe

Dear younger me
Where do I start
If I could tell you everything that I have learned so far
Then you could be
One step ahead
Of all the painful memories still running through my head
I wonder how much different things would be
Dear younger me

Dear younger me
I cannot decide
Do I give some speech about how to get the most out of your life
Or do I go deep
And try to change
The choices that youll make cause theyre choices that made me
And even though I love this crazy life
Sometimes I wish it was a smoother ride
Dear younger me
Dear younger me

Oh, if I knew then what I know now
Condemnation wouldve had no power
My joy, my pain wouldve never been my worth
If I knew then what I know now
Wouldve not been hard to figure out
What I wouldve changed if I had heard

Dear younger me
Its not your fault
You were never meant to carry this beyond the cross
Dear younger me

You are holy, you are righteous
You are one of the redeemed
Set apart a brand-new heart
Oh, you are free indeed

Every mountain, every valley
Through each heartache you will see
Every moment brings you closer
To who you were meant to be
Dear younger me
Dear younger me

You are holy, you are righteous
You are one of the redeemed
Set apart a brand-new heart
Oh, you are free indeed (dear younger me)

You are holy, you are righteous
You are one of the redeemed
Set apart a brand-new heart
Oh, you are free indeed

You are holy, you are righteous
You are one of the redeemed
Set apart a brand-new heart
Oh, you are free indeed

You are holy, you are righteous
You are one of the redeemed

THE WORLD IS A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE YOU ARE IN IT!

Where do I even beginFirst, I'd tell her that she doesn't have to figure out her entire life before breakfast. First, Coffee! Hi folks. I need advice. I want to add some mugs to my shop but I am unsure if I should do the colour or white ones.

Is it worth a customer paying 2 more for colour inside

These cost me about 15-18 (including shipping) so I have to charge the customer around 25 if I want to make a profit. My prints are 25 without shipping, so maybe this is OK

Sadly, I cannot offer both options unless people buy from me directly
