FTR, the unsolicited that I've received on Fedi has been genuinely helpful (some of it life-changing) and much appreciated. Even advice that misses the mark has generally been well meant, and I appreciate the intention behind it. Some people's love language is a hug, some people's is sympathy, and some people's is to sit down and work through the problem with you. I don't see why the last group should get it thrown back in their faces.

I'm thinking of taking up studying Korean again. I got so frustrated with my pronunciation and inability to speak a lot of the words I learned that I just quit like 3 years ago.
I have a Hangeul textbook and Talk To Me In Korean Level 1. I've heard that Duolingo has improved their Korean course and I also have Drops for learning vocabulary. I don't know if I'll use Duolingo or not.
