Understanding the Dumbbell Concentration Curl
Mastering the form and principles of the Dumbbell Concentration Curl goes far beyond just lifting weight, its about intentional muscle engagement.
PSA for my US trans friends: there's a Telehealth HRT clinic called that serves adults and minors in 47 states (excluding DC, unfortunately). They accept lots of private insurance (but not medicare/medicaid), and also offer a payment plan that covers appointments and lab teststhey don't need referrals or anything else from your primary doctor. They send all lab orders to a LabCorp location of your choice, and prescriptions are sent to any pharmacy. (I'm unsure if this includes mail-order pharmacies, but it doesmany of their staff are themselves trans! They follow WPATH SOC-8 and target modern (cis-equivalent) hormone levels, while still being flexible enough to work with whatever your personal goals are. In my experience, their target seems to be "whatever makes you feel best within safe limits". With me, they've been willing to explore non-standard doses, injection schedules, and hybrid approaches as long as I can provide research showing it's effective or at least safe(side note: they were actually willing to prescribe puberty blockers as an anti-androgen, but insurance wouldn't cover them and I couldn't afford the cost. I still think it's cool that they were forward-thinking enough to even offer that option, though!) I want to emphasize that I was not an easy patient for injections.QMed is the best HRT provider I've used, and the entire process has been smooth, flexible, and affirming.

Call your Republican Senators.
They're the jerkwads who need to start caring about their out-of-sight constituents.
If federal Republicans don't start putting the American people's interests before the Party's ridiculously cruel takeover, then we won't have even the appearance of three-branch federal government that does anything to serve the country for much longer.
Learn more about your Congressional representatives at GovTrack.
Because wealhy lobbyists have excessive power, it maybe would help for all of us to send messages to Congressional funders or their closest public-facing organizations.
Tips from my imited experience on both sides of calls to and about gov:
Call multiple times: the first is to learn how the office takes calls (immediate voicemail, real person, or a bot meant to discourage callers) and each time after is with a specific point.
Explain what you want refrain from mentioning what you don't want. Make your message as clear as you can manage to without threats.
Before calling, choose an address or phone number of a public serving location like your USPS office or county health department if you don't have or you don't want to use your own. Some office require contact info to file a report.
Avoid federal .gov domains when possible during the shutdown, because security might be lax.

What My Friends Mean To Me Answer #37: My friends have taught me who to trust.
It's your job to make their lives Hell on Earth. Which is why they want you to believe that Hell exists, so you won't do your job on the assumption that God will do it for you, in a conveniently unverifiable and unmeasurable way that doesn't affect generational wealth whatsoever. Do your job, and make them beg for God's punishment. I'm sure God will stop you if it's a bad idea.Mt doanh nghip SaaS nh ang gp kh khn, cn li khuyn. Doanh thu gim, lu lng truy cp thp.
